This (NICE) execrable organisation - run by self-appointed demi-gods who get to say who lives and who dies - are the same idiots who days before - decided liver cancer patients should be denied drugs that could extend their lives by six months or more.And who just a few months before that decided kidney cancer patients wouldn't be given drugs that could save them either. Their pathetic excuse for robbing people of hope is always that there's not enough money in the NHS pot to save everyone (by "everyone" they obviously mean people with cancer who cost a lot of money to keep alive).
