A avaliação dos Médicos pelos Doentes

O governo britânico vai iniciar um processo de avaliação dos Médicos. Só que desta vez, quem vai avaliar os Médicos são os seus Doentes.

Então é
assim:
  • Questionnaires are to be sent to 5 million patients across England asking them how easy it is to see their family doctor in the biggest ever survey of the National Health Service.
  • The questions will cover: i) satisfaction with telephone access; ii) the ability to book appointments within two days; iii) whether it is possible to book ahead; iv) the ability to book with a particular doctor.

Finalmente: "The questions ask patients if they are satisfied with arrangements for early morning, evening and weekend surgeries at a time when the government is not prepared to provide GP practices with the resources to open at these times, all of which are outside GPs' agreed contractual hours".
