SNS Britânico dá sinais de estar a partir a corda...

Lemos aqui, que "Hospitals in the U.K.'s National Health Service have built up a deficit of 1.1 billion pounds ($2 billion), forcing job and service cuts to bring spending under control at the nation's largest employer". Ou seja, o SNS Português está a rebentar, o NHS Britânico, também.

Mas, naquela
notícia, ainda se diz mais "Prime Minister Tony Blair's Labour government increased spending per head by 63 percent between 1999 and 2005 to reduce waits for care". Ou seja, há limites, Senhor Primeiro Ministro, Tony Blair!

A aflição de Tony Blair é tanta, para tentar controlar o monstruoso NHS, que "Blair is seeking top executives from Britain's largest companies including Tesco Plc, Lloyds TSB Group Plc, and Smiths Group Plc to help run NHS hospitals". É que "He warned yesterday that voters may refuse to back more spending on public services unless delivery is improved".

Os Consumidores devem exigir contrapartidas, para os gastos monstruosos com a saúde....
